🎓 Qualification Requirements
BMLT / B.Sc. MLT or Master’s Degree (M.Sc. Medical Laboratory Science or related field)
Registered with Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC)
Strong knowledge of clinical pathology procedures
💼 Experience Required
Minimum 2–5+ years of experience in a clinical/pathology laboratory
Experience in laboratory supervision or team leadership preferred
Hands-on experience with analyzers and quality control systems
